Tom co-founded Inova Solutions in 1984. His vision and active leadership have guided the company to its current position as a global leader in real-time data management. Tom built the company on values of product excellence, customer care, and focus on problem-solving through innovation.

Wendy co-founded Inova Solutions in 1984. She has been the driving force behind sales and marketing for the company, and bringing to bear her 20-year depth of knowledge of the call center industry. Before founding Inova Solutions, Wendy was a fund-raiser for private charities and a special educator.

Wendy holds a Master of Arts degree from the University of Virginia.

Pete brings more than 30 years of sales experience to the Inova team, 17 in high-tech sales and sales management.

He comes to Inova from Evergreen Systems, a process consulting firm in Northern Virginia where he held the position of Vice-President of Sales. Prior to Evergreen, Pete spent 3 years with software developer LML Technologies where he held positions of Eastern US Sales Manager, Regional Director and National Accounts Manager. Prior to LML, Pete was a Regional Director for Epicor, Inc., where he managed the team responsible for sales of ERP software solutions in the Southeast during the company's growth from $40M to $250M in revenue. From 1988-1996 he earned ADP's President's Club seven times as a Major Account Executive in ADPs third largest business unit.

Pete attended Virginia Commonwealth University.

Gerry joined Inova Solutions in 1996 as the Manager of the Engineering Department and in August 2005 assumed the role of VP of Business Development.

Gerry has extensive experience in software development and in the application of technology to improve corporate processes and efficiency. Prior to Inova Gerry worked for GE Fanuc as the Product Leader for the 9030 PLC, GE's flagship factory automation control product.  At GE, Gerry earned his Six Sigma Black Belt for improvements in development process and team productivity.

Gerry holds a BS and Masters degree in engineering technologies from Cornell University.

Geoff has over 25 years of experience in the software industry ranging from software development to consulting to customer service management, and he is the author of many bestselling computer books. In eight years with Inova, Geoff has acquired a deep knowledge of our products and solutions and a clear understanding of the needs and requirements of our customers.

Rao joined Inova Solutions in 1998, managing product development and solution delivery teams before moving to his role in product management earlier this year. Rao has an MS in Computer Science from Andhra University in India and is currently enrolled in the MS (MIT) program at Univeristy of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce.

Larry joined Inova Solutions in 1992 as an electrical engineer. He has since held several positions within the company with responsibilities in product development as well as project management. Prior to Inova, Larry worked with Delta Electronics to support defense oriented high power RF communications solutions.

Larry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech.
