Inova Solutions Names New CEO

Inova Solutions, a real-time visual reporting company based in Charlottesville, Virginia, announced this week several new members of its management team.

Tom and Wendy Hubbard founded the company in 1984, and after more than 25 years of service as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Vice President, respectively, have decided to retire. They passed the reigns on to Pete Sisti, who joined Inova Solutions in 2005 as Vice President of Sales and will now serve as Chief Executive Officer. Tom and Wendy Hubbard will continue to serve on Inova’s Board of Directors.

“Tom and Wendy Hubbard created a strong company and have been instrumental in its success over the last 25 years,” said Sisti. “I am honored to continue their commitment to innovation in real-time notification technology.”

Inova also announced this week that the roles of Chief Technology Officer will be filled by Larry Moulis and Chief Financial Officer by Doug Morris. Mari Mitchell will take over as Director of Sales, North America.

Moulis has been with Inova Solutions for 18 years and brings a wealth of experience in Engineering and Product Management. “Larry has always been a valuable member of the Inova team,” said Sisti. “I have every confidence that he will excel as Chief Technology Officer.”

Morris joined the company in 2008. Prior to beginning work at Inova, Morris served as Controller at Avionics Specialties, Inc. Mitchell joined Inova in 2005 and brings more than 17 years of sales experience to her new post, including selling ERP solutions for Epicor Software and managing Strategic Accounts at Digital Equipment Corp/Hewlett-Packard.

With these additions to the executive management team, Inova Solutions is well positioned to successfully develop and bring to market real-time visual reporting solutions that help its customers increase productivity and streamline operating costs.
