LightLink software helps contact centers aggregate, calculate and monitor key metrics from various sources, including automatic call distributors, workforce management systems and other internal databases, in order to streamline operations and improve productivity. LightLink supports real-time reporting on LED wallboards, LCD displays, web-based dashboards and agent desktops. The application is now compliance-tested by Avaya for compatibility with Avaya Call Management System 16.3 and Avaya Aura® Communication Manager 6.2.
