Inova Users Meet Online for Training and Networking

This month’s Online User Forum was a great success, bringing together more than 70 call center professionals from across the United States. The session covered best practices for Broadcaster Designer and how threshold messages can improve the effectiveness of real-time reporting. Session attendees were also the first to see a brief demo of FastText, a new ad hoc messaging tool for Broadcaster users.

The second half of the user forum was spent in an interactive discussion between attendees and panelists. Many reported that this part of the session was especially useful, as participants were able to share Broadcaster views, questions and best practice ideas with one another.

These online user forums will be held online quarterly at no charge for customers with active ISAs. Email us to be the first to know about the next session!!
